Miss Grand Spain 2022 was the sixth edition of the national beauty pageant, held at South Park Auditorium in Maspalomas, Las Palmas Province. Pageant activities ran from 20 April to 2 May 2022, including a swimsuit contest on 28 April, the preliminary competition on 1 May, and the grand final on 2 May. The final was hosted by Roberto Herrera and streamed via YouTube (GrandSpainTV). Hirisley Jiménez of Las Palmas was crowned by outgoing titleholder Alba Dunkenberck. Notable attendees included Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên (Miss Grand International 2021) and Teresa Chaivisut (MGI vice president). Entertainment featured Cristina Ramos.
