Miss Grand Thailand 2023 was the 10th edition (11th year) of the national pageant with 77 contestants selected via provincial pageants. Pageant camp activities were held in Chiang Mai 11–19 April 2023; the national costume show took place on 23 April; the preliminary on 26 April; and the final on 29 April 2023 at MGI Hall, Bangkok. Hosted by แมทธิว ดีน, the crown went to ทวีพร พริ้งจำรัส (Chumphon), crowned by the reigning queen อิงฟ้า วราหะ. The winner earned the right to represent Thailand at Miss Grand International 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The event was broadcast on YouTube Grand TV and Facebook Live.
