Miss Grand United States 2016, the inaugural Miss Grand USA pageant, was held on May 28, 2016 at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia, Symphony Space in New York City. Thirteen state delegates competed; Michelle Leon of New York won the title. She later represented the United States at Miss Grand International 2016 in Las Vegas, finishing as fourth runner-up.
