Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 was the second edition of the national pageant, staged at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Pageant activities ran from August 4 to August 27, 2023, including the Sash Ceremony, Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest/Best in Swimsuit, National Costume, Preliminary, and the Grand Final on August 27. Forty-four contestants competed. Đoàn Thiên Ân crowned Lê Hoàng Phương of Khánh Hòa as Miss Grand Vietnam 2023; she later represented Vietnam at Miss Grand International 2023 and finished as fourth runner-up. The event was hosted by Lương Thùy Linh and Thiên Vũ and streamed on YouTube and Facebook Live.
