Miss Intercontinental 1976 was the 6th edition of the pageant, held at the Holiday Inn Resort in Oranjestad, Aruba, on August 7, 1976. Thirty-eight delegates competed. Ivania Navarro of Nicaragua won the title, crowned by outgoing titleholder Shohreh Nikpour of Iran.
