The 32nd Miss Intercontinental pageant was held on 2 July 2003 in Berlin, Germany. Hosted by Patrick Urban and broadcast on YouTube, the event featured 34 contestants. Dominique Hourani of Lebanon was crowned Miss Intercontinental 2003 by outgoing titleholder Rychacviana Coffie of Curacao.
