Miss Perú 1959 was the 7th edition of the Miss Perú pageant, held on 1959-07-15 at the Teatro Municipal de Lima, Perú. Sixteen contestants competed to select Peru’s representatives to Miss Universe and, for the first time, to Miss World. The winner was Guadalupe Mariátegui Hawkins (Callao), who represented Peru at Miss Universe 1959. María Elena Rossel Zapata (Piura) represented Peru at Miss World 1959 in London, finishing second.
