Miss Perú 1969 was held on July 5, 1969, at the Teatro Municipal in Lima, Peru, with 20 candidates competing. María Julia Mantilla Mayer of La Libertad won and represented Peru at Miss Universe 1969. Other finalists went on to participate in different international pageants.
