Miss Peru 2016 was the 64th edition, held on April 23, 2016 at the América TV Studios in Pachacámac, Peru. The outgoing Miss Peru Laura Spoya crowned Valeria Piazza as the winner. Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach attended and presided over the final-night judging panel. The 1st and 2nd runners-up represented Peru at Miss Grand International 2016 and Miss International 2016, respectively. The event was broadcast by América Televisión, returning to the network for the first time since 2002.
