Miss Peru 2021 was the 69th edition of Miss Peru, held on 10 October 2021 at the Municipal Palace of Lima in Lima, Peru. Due to the COVID-19 contingency, it was conducted virtually and broadcast on the pageant’s official social networks. Thirty-nine contestants competed; at the end, outgoing queen Janick Maceta crowned Yely Rivera of Arequipa as Miss Peru 2021. Rivera later represented Peru at Miss Universe 2021 in Eilat, Israel, but did not place.
