Miss Polonia 2010, the 35th edition of the Miss Polonia beauty pageant, took place on 11 December 2010 at Hala EXPO in Łódź, Poland. The title was won by Rozalia Mancewicz, with Agnieszka Kościelniak as First Runner-up and Natalia Tomczyk as Second Runner-up. The gala was hosted by Agnieszka Szulim and Maciej Miecznikowski, featured performances by Norbi, Video, Iwona Węgrowska and Blue Cafe, and was broadcast by TVP.
