Miss Polonia 2019 was the 42nd Miss Polonia pageant, held on 24 November 2019 at the Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa in Serock, Poland. Karolina Bielawska of Łódź won the title; she later represented Poland at Miss World 2021 and won, becoming the country’s second Miss World. Aleksandra Kielan was first runner-up and Karina Nowak second runner-up.
