Miss República Dominicana 1985 was held on 5 May 1985 at Hotel Lina in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, with 25 delegates. Melba Vicéns of Barahona won and represented the country at Miss Universe 1985. Mariela González of Santiago was crowned Miss Dominican Republic World and went to Miss World 1985.
