Miss Dominican Republic 2005 was held on April 9, 2005 at Palacios de los Deportes in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 46 delegates competed; Renata Soñé (Distrito Nacional) won and would represent the country at Miss Universe 2005. The Miss Dominican Earth titleholder went on to Miss Earth 2005. Five contestants withdrew before official photos.
