Miss República Dominicana 2007 was held on 22 March 2007 at the Renaissance Festival Auditorium of the Jaragua Hotel in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and broadcast by Super Canal 33/Super Canal Caribe. Twenty contestants competed. Massiel Indira Taveras Henríquez (Santiago) won and represented the country at Miss Universe 2007; the first runner-up was Marianne Cruz (Salcedo), the second runner-up Yanna Montás (La Altagracia), the third runner-up Sheila Ynoa (Duarte), and the fourth runner-up Yesenia Aybar (Sánchez Ramírez). The winner was crowned by Mía Taveras, Miss República Dominicana 2006.
