Miss Russia 2019 was the 27th edition of the national beauty pageant. The final took place on 13 April 2019 at the Barvikha Luxury Village concert hall in the Moscow area. Alina Sanko, representing Azov, won the title. The event was hosted by Maksim Privalov and Ksenia Sukhinova.
