Miss South Africa 2008 was held on 15 December 2008 at the Sun City Superbowl in Sun City, South Africa. Tatum Keshwar won the title and later competed at Miss Universe 2009 (Top 10) and Miss World 2009 (2nd runner-up). Twelve contestants took part. The event was presented by Carol Manana and Mutodi Neshehe, featured performances by several South African artists, and was broadcast by SABC.
