Miss South Africa 2012 was held on 9 December 2012 at the Sun City Superbowl in Rustenburg, South Africa. Twelve contestants competed for the title. Melinda Bam crowned Marilyn Ramos of Pretoria as Miss South Africa 2012. The winner was set to represent South Africa at Miss Universe 2013 and Miss World 2013.
