Miss Universe Colombia 2025, the sixth edition of the pageant, was held on 28 September 2025 at the RCN Televisión studios in Bogotá, Colombia. Daniela Toloza crowned Vanessa Pulgarín of Antioquia as the winner. The competition was produced in a docu-reality format of ten two-hour episodes on RCN Televisión, hosted by Claudia Bahamón, with judges Valerie Domínguez, Andrea Tovar, and Hernán Zajar. Pulgarín later represented Colombia at Miss Universe 2025 in Pak Kret, Thailand, placing in the Top 12.
