Miss Universe Philippines 2025, the sixth edition of the pageant, was held on May 2, 2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, and was the first under national director Ariella Arida. Outgoing titleholder Chelsea Manalo crowned Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon, who later placed third runner-up at Miss Universe 2025 in Thailand. The event was livestreamed on the Empire Philippines YouTube channel, hosted by Xian Lim, Gabbi Garcia, Erika Kristensen-Lee, and Tim Yap, with performances by James Reid, Marlo Mortel, Kane Gabriel, Sam Hashimoto, and Alvaro Flores.
