Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2014, the 59th edition, was held on October 3, 2013 at the Luis A. Ferré Performing Arts Center in Santurce, Puerto Rico, and broadcast by Telemundo. Monic Pérez crowned Gabriela Berrios of Toa Baja as the winner. Berrios later represented Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2014 on January 25, 2015, in Doral, Florida, United States. A Special Awards Gala took place on September 25, 2013.
