Miss Universe Thailand 2021 was the 22nd edition of Miss Universe Thailand, held at NICE, Nong Nooch Tropical Garden in Pattaya. Thirty contestants competed, and Anchilee Scott-Kemmis was crowned by outgoing titleholder Amanda Obdam on 24 October 2021. The preliminary competition took place on 22 October, and the shows were broadcast on PPTV and TrueID. The edition introduced a reality-show format (MUT Reality Live), held a beauty camp at Khao Yai National Park (9–15 October) and a swimsuit presentation on 19 October. The theme was “Power of Passion,” and the event was managed by Punika Kulsoontornrut, who also served as runway coach.
