Miss USA 1973 was the 22nd Miss USA pageant, held May 19, 1973 at the Broadway Theatre in New York City, New York, and televised live by CBS. It was hosted by Bob Barker with Helen O'Connell. Amanda Jones of Illinois won the title, crowned by outgoing Miss USA Tanya Wilson of Hawaii; Jones later finished as 1st runner-up to Margarita Moran of the Philippines at Miss Universe 1973.
