Miss USA 1992 was the 41st Miss USA pageant, broadcast live on February 7, 1992 from the Century II Convention Center in Wichita, Kansas. Shannon Marketic of California was crowned by outgoing titleholder Kelli McCarty of Kansas. Marketic became the fifth Miss USA from California, the second Miss California USA to win both Miss Photogenic and the Miss USA crown (making California the first state to repeat that feat), and the fourth Miss Photogenic to win Miss USA. This was the third of four years that the pageant was held in Wichita.
