Miss USA 2018 was the 67th Miss USA pageant, held on May 21, 2018 at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. Kára McCullough of District of Columbia crowned Sarah Rose Summers of Nebraska, the first woman from her state to win the title. Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey hosted, with Carson Kressley and Lu Sierra serving as commentators. The event was broadcast on Fox and featured performances by 98 Degrees and Lee Brice. For the first time, Miss Teen USA 2018 was held concurrently, with its finals completed just prior to the Miss USA competition.
