Miss Venezuela 2018, the 65th edition of the pageant, was held on 13 December 2018 at Studio 5 of Venevisión in Caracas, Venezuela. Veruska Ljubisavljević crowned Isabella Rodríguez of Portuguesa as the winner. Rodríguez later represented Venezuela at Miss World 2019, placing in the Top 40. It was the first edition after Osmel Sousa’s resignation, with the organization chaired by Gabriela Isler, Jacqueline Aguilera, and Nina Sicilia. It also marked the second time the winner proceeded to Miss World instead of Miss Universe.
