Miss World Venezuela 2002 was the third Miss World Venezuela pageant, held at Venevisión Studios in Caracas, Venezuela, on August 31, 2002. Andreína Prieto of Zulia crowned Goizeder Azúa of Carabobo as the winner. Azúa later placed in the Top 10 at Miss World 2002 and went on to win Miss International 2003.
