Miss World 2001 was the 51st edition of the Miss World pageant, held at the Super Bowl of the Sun City Entertainment Centre in Sun City, South Africa, on 16 November 2001. Priyanka Chopra of India crowned Agbani Darego of Nigeria as Miss World 2001, marking Nigeria's first Miss World title. The event featured 93 entrants.
