Puteri Indonesia 1994 was the 2nd edition of the Puteri Indonesia pageant, held on 16 April 1994 and broadcast by SCTV. Venna Melinda, representing DKI Jakarta, won the title and also received the Puteri Indonesia Friendship award. A total of 31 contestants competed with 10 placements. Venna later served as an observer at Miss Universe 1994.
