The eighth edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café was held on 10 January 1975 in Manizales, Colombia, with contestants from 15 coffee-producing and exporting countries. At the end of the event, Luz Maria Osorio of Colombia, Reina Internacional del Café 1974, crowned her successor and compatriot Paulina Murgas Rieder of Colombia as Reina Internacional del Café 1975.
