The 21st edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café took place in January 1992 in Manizales, Colombia, with 15 contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries. Viviana Muñoz of Costa Rica, International Coffee Queen 1991, crowned Margaret Geymonat of Uruguay as International Coffee Queen 1992.
