The 23rd edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café was held on January 7, 1994, in Manizales, Colombia, with 17 contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries. At the conclusion, Sabina Arenas Zuluaga of Colombia, International Coffee Queen 1993, crowned Brenda Esther Robles of Puerto Rico as International Coffee Queen 1994.
