The 29th edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café took place on 2000-01-09 in Manizales, Colombia, with 22 contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries. At the end of the event, Daira del Carmen Lambis of Venezuela, International Coffee Queen 1999, crowned Cristine de Meserville of Costa Rica as International Coffee Queen 2000.
