The 45th Reinado Internacional del Café took place on 2016-01-09 at Teatro Los Fundadores in Manizales, Colombia, during the Feria de Manizales. Twenty-five contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries competed for the title. At the conclusion, International Queen of Coffee 2015 Yuri Uchida of Japan crowned Maydeliana Liyimar Díaz Parada of Venezuela as International Queen of Coffee 2016. The pageant was broadcast by Telecafé, with additional coverage via Nuestra Tele and TRO.
