The 47th Reinado Internacional del Café was held on 2018-01-13 at the Teatro Los Fundadores during the Feria de Manizales in Manizales, Colombia, with 23 contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries. At the end of the event, the outgoing Reina Internacional del Café 2017, María de Lourdes Acevedo Domínguez of Mexico, crowned Carmen Serrano Porras of Spain as Reina Internacional del Café 2018.
