Miss Brasil 1969 was the sixteenth edition of the Miss Brasil pageant, held on 28 June 1969 at the Maracanãzinho in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Miss Brasil 1968 and Miss Universe 1968 Martha Vasconcellos crowned Vera Fischer of Santa Catarina as the winner. The winner represented Brazil at Miss Universe 1969; the runner-up went to Miss International 1969; and the third place competed at Miss World 1969. Attendance reportedly reached about 18,000 spectators.
