Notes

ENFrom edition_translations
Miss France 2010, the 80th Miss France pageant, was held on 5 December 2009 at Palais Nikaia in Nice, France. Broadcast on TF1, it was presented by Jean-Pierre Foucault and Sylvie Tellier, with Geneviève de Fontenay appearing on stage for the last time and having selected the regional contestants. The ceremony, themed around the Côte d’Azur, introduced a new system in which the public alone chose the winner among the top five. Malika Ménard (Miss Normandie) won, succeeding Chloé Mortaud. The show concluded with a live performance by Robbie Williams.
