Miss Grand Spain 2021, the 5th edition of the pageant, was held on 16 May 2021 at the Hotel Orquídea, Bahía Feliz, Las Palmas, with 27 contestants. Hosted by Roberto Herrera, the title was won by Alba Dunkerbeck (Costa Canaria), who later represented Spain at Miss Grand International 2021 in Thailand and placed in the Top 10. The jury included Blas García, Iván Rebosa, Manuel Zamorano, Ainara de Santamaría, and Iris Miguelez.
