The 4th edition of Miss Grand Thailand featured representatives from all 77 provinces. Pre-pageant activities were held in Udon Thani from 14–20 June 2016, the Best National Costume competition on 24 June, and the grand final on 26 June at Indoor Stadium Huamark, Bangkok. A new format was introduced to select delegates from every province. รัตติกร ขุนโสม, Miss Grand Thailand 2015, crowned สุภาพร มะลิซ้อน of Songkhla as Miss Grand Thailand 2016. She later represented Thailand at Miss Grand International 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The event was broadcast by Channel 7.
