The 5th Miss Grand Thailand featured pre-pageant activities in Chiang Mai from 24 June to 4 July 2017. The Best National Costume competition took place on 5 July at BITEC Bangna (Event Hall 100), Bangkok. The evening gown and swimsuit competition was held on 6 July to determine the Top 20, followed by the final on 8 July 2017 at BITEC, Bangkok. Supaporn Malisorn, Miss Grand Thailand 2016, crowned Pam Premika “ปาเมลา ปาสิเนตตี” of Krabi as Miss Grand Thailand 2017. She later represented Thailand at Miss Grand International 2017 in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.
