Miss Grand Thailand 2018 was the 6th edition of the pageant. Pre-pageant activities were held in Phuket from 30 June to 8 July 2018; the evening gown and swimsuit competition took place on 12 July. The final was held on 14 July 2018 at ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค, Bangkok, with 77 entrants and 20 placements. Pamela Pasinetti (Miss Grand Thailand 2017) crowned น้ำอ้อย ชนะพาล of Phuket as the winner; she later represented Thailand at Miss Grand International 2018 in Yangon, Myanmar.
