The 7th Miss Grand Thailand pageant held its pre-pageant camp across Thailand’s five southern border provinces (Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, Satun, and Songkhla) from 22 June to 13 July 2019. The final took place on 13 July 2019 at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangkok. Arayha Suparurk of Nakhon Phanom was crowned Miss Grand Thailand 2019 and went on to represent Thailand at Miss Grand International 2019 in Caracas, Venezuela. The Top 20 finalists were selected with five candidates from each region.
