Miss Grand Thailand 2022, the 9th edition, featured pre-pageant activities and a retreat in Khon Kaen Province from 4–20 April 2022, the National Costume Competition on 24 April, the Preliminary Competition on 27 April, and the Final on 30 April 2022 at Show DC Hall in Bangkok. Hosted by แมทธิว ดีน, the pageant had 77 contestants. Engfa Waraha of Bangkok won and became Thailand’s representative at Miss Grand International 2022 in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event was broadcast on YouTube (Grand TV) and Facebook Live.
