Miss Polonia 2018 was the 40th edition of the Miss Polonia beauty pageant. The final gala was held on 2018-11-10 at the Hotel Narvil Conference & Spa in Serock. Milena Sadowska won the title, with Martyna Górak as 1st Runner-up and Patrycja Woźniak as 2nd Runner-up.
