The 48th edition of the Reinado Internacional del Café was held on January 12, 2019 at the Los Fundadores Theater in Manizales, Colombia, as part of the Manizales Fair. Twenty-two contestants from coffee-producing and exporting countries competed. International Coffee Queen 2018 Carmen Serrano Porras of Spain crowned Scarlet Stefanía Sánchez Pinedo of Colombia as International Coffee Queen 2019. The pageant was aired by Telecafé, with additional broadcasts via Nuestra Tele and TRO.
