Miss Costa Rica 2022 was the 67th edition of the national beauty pageant. The final was held on 28 September 2022 at Estudio Marco Picado and broadcast by Teletica and Teletica.com. Walter Campos and María Gónzales hosted. María Fernanda Rodríguez Ávila won the title, with Kristell Ruiz Freeman as first runner-up and Mariella Conejo Alvarado as second runner-up. The winner became Costa Rica’s representative to Miss Universe 2022.
